We are looking for Senior PHP WEB DEVELOPERS with passion for code to join our Leading Software Development Company on a full time basis in Kathmandu, Nepal. Developer must have extensive programming skills using PHP and MySQL in a Linux environment.
We are looking for a candidate for an immediate start.
You will need to have a genuine interest in technology and have close attention to detail.
* Experience in a similar PHP / Full Stack role leading a team;
* Strong knowledge of PHP with experience in using major frameworks like Laravel, Fuelphp etc.;
* A solid understanding of design patterns and OOP Commercial experience with relational databases;
* Solid understanding of CSS and JavaScript;
* Experience with building REST API services and integrating with 3rd party API services;
* That you are a real team player with good self-organisation and communication skills;
* An understanding of http/s protocol;
* Familiarity with best coding practices and ability to produce maintainable code.
We expect the following foundational knowledge as a bonus
* Version control, preferably distributed (e.g. git, which is what we use)
* Experience with maintaining and administrating Linux servers;
* Able to write testable code
* Someone who likes the idea of working in a scrum team
* Self-motivated with good organisational skills
* Someone who enjoys working with your team and helping to develop and maintain code with them
The candidate/s must be proficient in English writing (mandatory).
Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Perform comprehensive analysis of documents and business proposals to finalize their quality.
2. Working closely with international clients and customers to understand their needs and provide first-rate services.
3. Schedule tests on various components of the system to ensure that it is functioning properly. Checking the issues and reporting them to the technical team.
4. Perform routine inspection of the overall workflow of the system, including any updates in system architecture and/or functionality and explaining them clearly to the end-users. Similarly, investigate user problems forwarded by technical support teams.
5. Creating email campaigns for users to highlight the milestones of their enterprise and promote their services.
6. Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, business documents, and relevant resources).
7. Proofreading, editing, and evaluating writings to verify and finalize the content.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT or any other business-related fields.
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in similar roles would be an added advantage.
