Our Admin team will manage all the projects from the local office in Nepal. All project bugs (including new features) have been assigned through some Project management tools such as Meistertask. The client can be directly assigned any task or features as required.
If new features and functionalities have to be added in the mainstream we will use the same chain.

Normally, the length of the contract will be at least 3 months. After 3 months we can renew for 6 months or 1 year. It all depends on client's requirements.
Termination terms:
In the first 3 months: The notice period will be 2 weeks.
After 6 months: The notice period will be 1 month.
The administration of the local office will be responsible for this clause. If it is needed we could be able to set up a CC camera in the office to monitor and some tools can be set up in the developer machine to crosscheck.
Task report has been submitted daily basis and I will inspect all the task report very closely.
In max 10 days we will start to get outputs. we will be reporting all major task reporting each week on Monday to the Client.
Every first Monday, the project manager will individually explain the projects and our goal after assigning each new project.
